This South Carolina town has produced these very inexpensive masks and are handing them out for free. They are based on IU professor and Bloomington resident Jiangmei Wu's free origami design. They can be easily assembled by the user using rubber bands and are made of paper. Something for Bloomington to think about doing. Thank you. Poor dog in the Whittington Commons subdivision is put out for hours at a time on the high deck and barks for hours. Today it has been barking since 5:30 PM; it is now 9:30 PM. Poor thing is out like this daily. He is in distress I think. The residence is in WC close to Bloom Apartments. Please make sure the dog is okay!
