Dry grate with inches of water around it. At least part of this grate is above grade so there is 2-3 inches of standing water after every rain. The sidewalk and yard get soaked by passing cars and there is usually standing water in the intersection that never drains, just eventually evaporates
Our outgoing water pipe backed up and flooded our basement. The plumber ran a camera down the drain and believes the pipe has been hit by the fiber cable installer yesterday, July 19. The plumber said the cable installer should fix the problem. Who should I call?
On July 30 I took a video of a Man spraying 2 feet above the creek on college mall road. I called utility that week to make a report and the environmental spill extension a Man I forget his name never returned my call. I find it unacceptable when city employees paid by tax dollars don’t even return phone calls
The storm drain continues to stay clogged at 16th and Jackson. We have cleaned it 4 times this year. It. Is a drainage design flaw. Everything washes out and gets clogged .
This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. Thank you. Flooding frequently when raining or under a storm due to lack of storm drainage on this road
