Mr. Bratton, I have reviewed your request. On our maps it does show this as private infrastructure. The County GIS actually shows the infrastructure on your neighbors property at 4112. I'm having our property coordinator look into the Deeds for these properties and neighborhood to see if it list who is responsible for maintaining these areas. I understand that someone may have helped you in 2014 and that is causing confusion on who is responsible. I have created Service Request 2125, so if you would like an update call (812) 339-1444 and ask for myself or Ms. Tate and reference this number. We will provide an update if we have one. For now we will not be cleaning the inlet because it shows as private property.
