Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Says that he has a severe stormwater and erosion problem in his backyard due to a drainage swale being filled in and overgrown. Says that he has spoken with John Freeman since June regarding the problem and that nothing has been done.

I inspected the site and verified that there has been some clearing done by Street Dept. Engineering needs to perform a full design to correct this problem. We will topo as soon as the snow clears. Tim Lawson - we have regraded the swale and installed erosion blanket. Tom Todd inspected this project and it seems to be working well
