Rain water runoff from Sherwood Hills parking lot “blowing out” of storm water drain cover and flooding into our property. Possibly a clogged or restricted underground drain to the main storm water drain directly South on East Wellington Court between 709 & 715 address?

The water is coming out of the drain in the middle of the road, the storm ditches are flooding too.

During heavy rains, the back of the parking lot floods heavily - a lot of additional runoff is coming from the adjacent McDonalds parking lot.
Retention pond drain pipe has a large piece of a tree lodged in the pipe which may affect drainage... also lots of other debris floating around
As of 5/3/26 6:30PM, the storm drains on the north side of E Hillside between Huntington and Weatherstone (The Boulders) have a decent about of debris blocking. See attached image. Thank you.
