Rick Alexander transferred her VM to me. She called yesterday because there is currently a lot of work being done at 1st and Morton and she's hoping the storm drainage issue can be addressed. There are two storm drains in the area but neither are in the lowest spots so every time it rains, they have huge water issues. She works in the bldg at 1st and Morton.
Storm drain needs to be cleaned off.
Drainage ditch that runs under the driveway needs to be cleaned out.
Call customer first, storm pipe is leaking and yard is sinking in.
Customer wants cut branches left by the City picked up.
Bee hive grate has standing water on top of it.
At intersection of Covenanter and Ruby, the storm ditch is overflowing. (It is raining very hard at the monment) Flood warning is out for Monroe Co.
Drainage problems, customer would like a new culvert built. Per Tony Eads, I have assigned this to Phil Pedin in CBU Engineering Dept.
