This is in reference to a prior case submission (#913401) - the prior service request was closed and listed as the property owner's responsibility but the case history for the location shows that in 2014 the same issue was submitted by my former neighbor and the city did resolve the issue with the storm drain being blocked. 9/10/2024 10:05:29 Closed by Emily Tate According to CBU records, the ditch at this location is private property, so maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, or in some cases a neighborhood group/HOA. We are expecting several storms this week. Last time we experienced heavy storms, the storm drains around our building were blocked and heavy flooding occurred. Matt Frey asked me to contact someone and ask if our storm drains could please be checked for blockage asap so we do not experience flooding this week. Thanks, Aly

I do not know if this is a problem, but Longfei restaurant is dumping various kinds of restaurant waste and wastewater into the storm drain in the alley between Longfei and Trinity church. The drain is clearly labeled "no waste", but they are indifferent to this.

The intersection of Sheffield at both Cambridge and Providence Court are experiencing EXTREME flooding. These intersections have struggled before, but in 2020 they seem to be worsening rapidly. I am the association president and was sent the included photos from concerned (flooded in) neighbors.
