Rain water runoff from Sherwood Hills parking lot “blowing out” of storm water drain cover and flooding into our property. Possibly a clogged or restricted underground drain to the main storm water drain directly South on East Wellington Court between 709 & 715 address?

storm drains backs up with debris (leaves, sanitation truck material, etc.) and creates a "river of water on the surface that traveled down the incline and into the side yard. The street drain and dome are in the front yard of 2631 Atlee and 2612 Atlee and needs to be cleaned out at a minimum. These needs cleaned out before damage results inside our homes. Heavy rains should not be an excuse for lack of storm maintenance. Thanks!
