There are several green utility flags in my back yard. I live at 817 W 11th St and there is a streambed/stormwater ditch between my yard and the BLine trail. There are green flags in my yard and I am curious what they signify. Thanks.

HAZARD (I hope you can see the whole picture, not just grass): this is case #172549, the hole in the Hunter foot path, which has been referred to CBU. It has gotten considerably worse and is very dangerous at night. When there is no light, a cyclist might fly over the handle bar or a pedestrian might break an ankle or leg. This needs to be seen to asap.

Brand new owner, I was cutting grass with my riding lawn mower, the lawn mower blades made contact with the sewer/water metal plate damaging the cover. There is a hole on top of the metal plate that needs to be repaired. I put an orange cone to cover the hole. This hole is not big enough for a kid to fall but someone could get hurt and trip.
