Other: HAZARD (I hope you can see the whole picture, not just grass): this is case #172549, the hole in the Hunter foot path, which has been referred to CBU. It has gotten considerably worse and is very dangerous at night. When there is no light, a cyclist might fly over the handle bar or a pedestrian might break an ankle or leg. This needs to be seen to asap.
