8/10/20: I called Duke Energy to pass along this complaint. This specific area (S. Smith & E. Moores Pike) is serviced by REMC and not Duke Energy. I emailed South Central Indiana REMC's customer service to report it (askus@sciremc.com). Duke Energy provided their email so that signs on their utility poles can be reported as well, and that is mwcustomerservice@duke-energy.com.
