Other: Why have we had an empty big box store for years? Kmart. One of the biggest blights and we're letting a land speculator hold it or what? There's so much focus on other areas of the city it's neglectful to keep a giant empty metal warehouse by College Mall instead of putting the area to badly needed good use. Please step it up and put some attention to getting the area occupied and revitalized. Why are there all these meetings about the hospital that isn't even empty yet when we've had this massive empty structure for so long. Help please. Thank you.
