Other: Mayor, can you please do something about the empty big box Kmart on the east side? We shouldn't have a vacant store and lot for so many years. It underutilizes land, is a blight, and it could be so many great things. A hotel, affordable housing, restaurants, a small park, ideally all of the above. There is so much attention paid to the old hospital, Switchyard, and other areas, but how about this massive piece of concrete? Please put some resources into it. Thank you.
