I have sent a copy of the message to ITS in order to resolve the issue on the city's mobile application and contact the citizen via email.
Other: When trying to use the Bloomington uReport mobile app (iOS), attempting to report a streetlight outage, the app says to report it to Duke Energy at "www.duke-energy.com/lightre..." and then cuts off. I had to google search instead to find where to submit a report to Duke. Also, it shouldn't matter whether Duke maintains the streetlights or not. Constituents should be able to report a streetlight being out to the City, and then the City takes care of reporting it to Duke.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed.

Mr. Neimann, Thank you for communicating with the City of Bloomington regarding this issue with our mobile application. I have forwarded a copy of your uReport to our Information Technology Services Department who manages the City's website and mobile application to resolve this issue. The Department of Public Works reports street light outages on a daily basis for citizens and I regret that the mobile application did not allow you to directly report it to the city so we could have reported it on your behalf. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at smithc@bloomington.in.gov or 812.349.3589. Have a great day, Christina
