Other: Adam Wason closed a case as address was not specific. Wondering and praying that a redesign was part of the construction happening now between SPEA and Wells Library on 10th. Hoping the opportunity to fix that dangerous and clogged mess of a crosswalk is happening even if it was something with steam tunnels that caused it to be dug up. Now is the time to make a huge improvement. Been talking to others about it in town and NO ONE thinks it's good as is. I think it's just east of Fee Lane. Thanks if so. And bless you if so. If not, massive missed opportunity. Also is law lane going to the bypass someone said soon? Thanks.

Yes, a redesign is taking place in coordination with IU on 10th between Fee and Jordan. A larger "table-top" pedestrian crossing design is being installed to help alleviate the traffic congestion and improve pedestrian safety.
