Courtesy pickup. Resident called in stating that some of her trash was not picked up though she had put stickers on the bags. She assumed that someone had stolen the stickers. I told her we could do one courtesy pickup since we have no record of her residence.
Trash in front of the house. Also, you can go down the alley and see the trash.
