Utilities Construction
Spicewood Ln

There was a utility project in the Spicewood subdivision over the winter. The streets through the neighborhood have been severely damaged. I looked on the city paving schedule and did not see a project listed to fix the damage that was caused by the project. Is the city coming back to fix the roads? It's huge eyesore and really poor patching jobs for the damage that was done.

I'm considering buying a property at 2102 S Rockport Rd. that is currently on a septic system. Is there any sanitary sewer nearby or plans to install in the future? What would the connection fee be? Thank you.

Smithville is installing lines in my neighborhood.
The road itself is narrow and for most of tosd, parking is allowed only on one side.
The contractor ignores the no parking signs. They park large pieces of equipment illegally over night ehen they could park legally.
They have also blocked us in by having equipment in the middle of the road with the other end closed.
I understand that they need to have equipment where it is needed when they are working in the day, but not at night

We will not use garbage collection service for several months, but City will still charge us for the service unprovided, only because your billing system was set up that way. Is this legal to charge residents for the service you are not providing ? Sounds ridiculous and illegal. Hope Mr. Mayor could see to it and step in for a immediate correction. Thank you.
