The light at 2nd and Patterson needs a longer left turn signal, going from Patterson onto 2nd street. The time of the turn light is way too short. This has been a problem for years. I was the 6th car back in the turn line this morning and had to wait THREE LIGHT CYCLES to even make it through. Please make it a turn signal longer. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Westbound traffic on E Hillside congests at the S Walnut and E Hillside traffic light, which often causes backups and results in traffic blocking the E Hillside and S Washington intersection. Can there be a “do not block intersection” or one of the roadway painted Xs placed at that intersection? This has happened to me numerous times, and I get frustrated and honk, and E Hillside drivers either ignore me, or give me a mean look like this was my fault when they’re blocking the roadway.
Vehicles driving east on Grimes often stop in the middle of the road (rather than in their "lane") at the stop sign at Woodlawn. This makes it impossible to turn onto Grimes from Woodlawn until they have moved on, leading to difficult and unpredictable traffic situations. Would it be possible to put a center line here on Grimes, just for the intersection and the approach to it? To encourage drivers on Grimes to be in their lane when they stop at the intersection.
I live north of the roundabout at Tapp Rd and Adams St. Almost every time I am entering the roundabout from the north, I am almost hit by a car coming from the west. Vehicles habitually drive very quickly into the roundabout and don't yield to traffic already in the roundabout. I often end up having to stop in the roundabout to avoid a collision, which can also be a traffic hazard. It seems that area would benefit from a speed bump for those entering the roundabout - especially from the west as they are generally travelling the fastest when coming from the highway.
This area does not have a left turn lane and I've been in multiple instances where the traffic has been backed up to the light because people are waiting to turn left. It seems when there are events or something at the Warehouse or Mill, traffic gets really bad. Any way to add a turn lane or remove the ability to turn left?

I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? This is a dangerous intersection! Is there a way to alter the grading of the street on Allen as you turn onto Bloomfield Rd? It is so steep that it is dangerous turning right or left.Drivers creep out onto Bloomfield FAR to try to make the turn. It's difficult to see and the hill is so steep that it's hard to get traction on the road to pull out. The center lane on Bloomfield is a help, but not enough. Something needs to change on Allen. We live on that corner and another accident happened today from someone making that turn. Is it possible to change the grading of the road? Can Allen be diverted to a little further East so it's not so steep? Can the actual street be raised? Would a traffic light help at that corner? Nobody likes this intersection. We've lived here 12 years and have witnessed several bad wrecks. Please consider doing something before someone is hurt.
This is a bustling intersection and should have a stop sign. I've seen near misses multiple times, and it's in an area where children are walking and riding their bikes. Thanks for listening and your consideration.
