Hi, South High Streets traffic has much increased as it is the detour for Sare Road. It is also a road that many children walk on to get to Childs Elementary school in the mornings. Not only is the traffic heavier now, it seems faster. There are not many stop signs between Moore's Pike and the roundabout at Winslow and it seems to me that traffic is now just speeding through High, particularly in the mornings and wonder if something can be done. Traffic headed south on Washington is no longer forced to stop. Street parking on the northwest corner of the intersection makes it dangerous for cross traffic to pull through the intersection on 6th. There are bound to be accidents.

Would it be possible to install a crosswalk button for pedestrians who cross the street on the corner of 3rd and Hawthorne? The light generally does not change to cross 3rd. unless there is a car at the light waiting to cross 3rd on Hawthorne. It ends up with people crossing on a red light and people speed coming over that hill it is dangerous. Thank you, Omar Alani

From about 3PM - 6 PM this intersection gets backed up sometimes all the way to Aldi. There's too much left turn traffic for just one lane. There really should be either 2 left turn lanes to help prevent traffic from blocking the entrances to multiple businesses or the light should have a left turn arrow so each car no longer has to half yield to make sure the oncoming traffic isn't going straight before they can turn. It's a hazard as well as a huge inconvenience for all drivers. I'm surprised the businesses on this section of the road don't complain daily about their parking lots being practically inaccessible.

This intersection is very dangerous with people trying to turn left into Belle Tire or turn left from Belle Tire. It needs to either be eliminated as an ingress or it needs a porkchop or something that only allows cars to turn right into or out of.

Is it possible to put a "no U-turn" sign with the left turn signal on northbound Walnut at the bypass intersection? Now that the eastbound bypass lanes have a green right turn arrow, I've seen several (and been involved in one) near misses of people in the left turn lane doing U-turns and nearly hitting those turning southbound onto Walnut with their green arrow. The Stop Ahead sign on Indiana Ave between 3rd and 4th is missing. The sign post is still there, but I noticed the sign is gone. This is right by the front steps to the Law School.

I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot?
