The pan handlers standing on every corner with their homeless sign in Bloomington is getting out of hand. I manage a bank and they watch when we get our shipment of money in and watch the replacement of ATM canisters, I believe they should not be able to watch a banks or and other business to be able to steak out a business. Years ago Regions was robbed and that is how he steak the bank out to rob. Most of the our drug users and the leave their trash and damage our personal property. It is time you put a stop to all the pan handling. Any time the police see someone pan handling arrest and book them. What money they have earned from pan handling confiscate it and that is their fee for breaking the law of pan handling.

I just wanted to say thank you to Sean Starowitz for responding to an inquiry I sent in regarding lgbt representation in the new mural project. I definitely am supportive of BLM representation but am glad some sort of City inclusion of queer identity in Bloomington is additionally still in thoughts. Keep up the good work. Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done.

Specifically, the residents have been leaving trash overflowing into the alley, some of which is spilling over onto my property. This not only creates a messy and unsanitary environment but also makes a poor impression on my clients as they arrive at my business. Additionally, there are two cars at the property: one that does not appear to be running and another that is frequently being worked on. There are also cars frequently pulling up in the alley, where individuals from the house briefly interact with the vehicles before returning inside. The overall condition of the property and the ongoing activity is concerning, and I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue. As a business owner, it is important to me that the surrounding environment reflects positively on the area, and I believe this situation is detracting from that.
