Repeat accessibility issues with College Ave Kroger. They keep putting displays in the sidewalk going to both of their entrances. It is not accessible to make a wheelchair partially roll across the ramp in order to enter their store. I have reported to employees multiple times about several different seasonal displays, but they keep putting new displays back out there in spots that make their entrance inaccessible.
The accessible stall in the College Mall men's food court restroom does not stay locked or closed. I have submitted contact forms to the mall 3 times this year. No communication response or action from the mall. Anything you can do to help?

Please Google Jabberwocky Computer Rescue Services, which is listed as a currently open business at this location. Neighbors can hear his business landline ring at all hours of the day. People are laying underneath cars with the lower portion of their bodies out in the middle of Palmer. My understanding is that this establishment is not legally allowed to have a liquor license due to their proximity to a church. The HPC rejected their application to become an historic district, and they have no other avenues to legally sell alcohol I am aware of. Please let me know if I am mistaken, or if they are flagrantly violating the law.
Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick. The Golden shear barbershop has recently passed over new ownership. The establishment and owner have been unlawfully operating without any legal licenses. The owner and barbers have been giving services to the public without proper training and ever obtaining a license through the state barber board as required. This matter is very important and serious as without the proper training diseases such as hepatitis, HIV, or other infectious diseases can spread. The use of the razor blade and the lack of training in sanitation and chemical control can be a danger to the public. With many students entering the establishment there’s a risk with the spread of these diseases. The city of Bloomington should hold this business up to standards and make sure they get barbers license and state board approval to operate.
