Vehicles on north Washington are constantly parking in the bike lane. Parking enforcement has indicated this is not a violation they ticket. Why not? Also, why do we even have bike lanes that are less than half a meter wide?
My little sister and i got to walk in a high speed street because yet again people are parking on the sidewalk.
