Hello- Actually 2 cars blocking the bike lane on washingington between 4th and 3rd Sts 10/31/23 6:07pm, one in front of the the other. GMC SUV plate 165RLR and you can see the taillights of the Dodge Dart in front of it (I can only upload one picture). Its plate is ZZs649 (Indiana plate). Thanks again!

MO plate: BH9 A8U I'd add in this case: on the right of the picture you can see a car getting ready to pull out of a parking spot. Because I had to go around this vehicle then re-join the bike lane, I was nearly hit by the car pulling out, as they couldn't see me due to this vehicle blocking the bike lane. This is just one of the reasons I continue to document and send these to you; it's not just annoying, it is also unsafe. Thanks again

Blurry pic, but IN plate: 125RVH This particular vehicle actually drove in the bike for the length of Washington to 2nd St after delivering food. It would be good if delivery and ride share divers were instructed to NOT block bike lanes and if consequences were in place if they do. thanks again!
