Gravel overflowing from tree plot into 7-line and sidewalk. This photo is at the parking lot for 215 N Washington St, but the problem exists along the whole block between walnut and washington. This is my 3rd report of this exact problem. Most recently, #205849. One of the property managers keeps adding more gravel even though it has been overflowing for several years already. The mythical street sweeping did not even remove the gravel already in the 7 line! It certainly cannot do anything about the continuin flow of gravel. Historical photos on google street view show that the properties on the eastern half of the block did not used to have loose gravel -- this is a new development and not grandfathered in. Regardless of what the original zoning mistake was, OVERFLOWING WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED. and: IF PLANNING CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, ENGINEERING AND PW HAVE AN AFFIRMATIVE DUTY TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ROW REGARDLESS OF THE FAILURES OF P&T. thanks!

Utility work on driveway at sidewalk eliminated concrete. The sidewalk was never repaired and this is the third year I've asked for repair for less hazardous pedestrian passage on sidewalk where driveway crosses.

Sidewalk and stairs coming up the hill from the goat farm on the South side of Winslow road is frequently overgrown and hard to walk on. The brush between the street and sidewalk needs to be extensively cleaned out and frequently gets like this. Could you please clean it up and figure out a long term fix going forward? This is a critical walkway to the park and school for multiple neighborhoods. Thanks!

At the southeast corner of Lincoln and Third, in the crosswalk across Third, there's what looks like a recent asphalt patch with a hole that seems to pose a tripping hazard. It looks like the asphalt sunk in or subsided after it was applied.

Pedestrian crosswalks on newly paved S High St remain unmarked in this high traffic/high pedestrian school zone. Unacceptable.

There are transients laying on the B Line trail between 8th and 7th street in Bloomington. This is illegal and should be taken care of.

The cross walk at the b-line extension and Switchyard Park crossing Walnut is wickedly dangerous. Miscommunication between drivers and pedestrians (and cyclists) is too easy, and someone could be easily killed. I’ve almost been hit by cars there on three separate occasions when I had a go light and cars raced through the intersection anyways. In fact, the signs entice cars through a red light signal if they don’t see crossers. I’m happy to report the specific dangers if asked, but I wanted to log the complaint before and not after someone was killed. In all my years, I’ve never seen such poor and dangerous planning in the name of safety. Please convert the crossing to something more conventional so cars know what to do.
