The street lights at the north and south approaches to the railroad overpass (rogers/madison) are STILL NOT WORKING. I previously reported this and discussed it with Christine.

The street light on the right hand corner of the cul d sac appears to have been hit and has bent and fallen over into our tree. I'm not sure if it is city maintained light...the association said it is not responsible for it.

Rev. Ernest D. Butler Park Park side near the baseball diamond, at the corner of 9th and Williams Street Several member of the gym at 417 S. Elm Street run on 9th Street early in the morning. This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D. There is a streetlight in the vicinity of Morrison's on the south side of the street which is not working.

Cobra light on North- West corner come on and off in A.M. I walk in this area every morning around 6:20 a.m. - light is usually off and is dangerous because it is a busy intersection and the cars can not see me because it is dark.
