Hello: I was in communication with Christina Smith last fall regarding a street light that needs to be installed on S. Fess Ave. Preferably 821 S. Fess Ave., as that is the middle of the block. The 800 block of S. Fess is totally pitch black, unless there is a full moon. I'm not sure why this completely dark street, with two homebound senior citizens living on it (my neighbors), hasn't become a priority for a street light. Please consider taking care of this soon. Thank you! Previous correspondence below. ... uReport <uReport@ureport-prod.bloomington.in.gov> 10/20/17 to me https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=161558 Christina Smith contacted Lucy Fischman Ms. Fischman, Thank you for communicating with the Department of Public Works regarding an additional lighting request along S. Fess Avenue. Each year, we install street lights within the public right of way on a petition base and available funding. I have placed your request area on are list for future consideration. At this time, we have quite an extensive list, therefore, it cannot predict when the light will be installed. Best, Christina
No light at all
Near the alley and the surface parking lot on Kirkwood Avenue. that is located between The Kirkwood and the hotel and backs up to Wonderlab. We are getting complaints from residents of The Kirkwood There is a light that cycles on and off every minute after dark. Located near the SW corner of the parking lot Pole #162373 Light #40 It is the south facing light
The left turn arrow does not activate for vehicles on north-bound Madison Street turning west onto 17th. I have experienced this issue for many months, and have witnessed others not activating the left turn arrow. Also, it appears that the light, itself, is twisted to slightly face south east, rather than due south. It might be a good idea to repaint the stop indicator lines, as well.
The street light on the 900 block of Howe Street, close to wear it intersects with Davisson, is never on when I come home at night. I come home via car, biking, or walking and that block is dangerously dark. There have been some recent attacks on the street and we would feel safer knowing that light was consistently working
Hello, the street light at the corner of 346 S. Rogers Street and Smith Avenue is not working. Thanks!
