This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out

The street light south of aforementioned address is either very dim or just broken. Since that light is out of commission, all of Indiana Ave is poorly lit and deemed unsafe.

Timing is off at college mall and 3rd and light on college immediately South. Turning left on third westbound to go south always jams up behind light immediately South and blocks major intersection. Needs timed to avoid the jams or otherwise fixed. Is very bad and constant block over red.

There is a street light between 8th and 9th street on the east side of Walnut that is going on and off in the evening. The others along the east side as you approach and pass 10th street are not doing this.
