I reported this streetlight outage July 24, 2014 to Duke Energy. Despite repeated followup calls on my part, and some trucks / people coming to the neighborhood, it remains out. Can you please make them fix it? I don't have the time and energy to continue calling and being put on hold / being told I would get a call back and then people leaving message with no callback info... I'm fed up (and in the dark). I understand some delays but this is beyond reasonable. Original report is attached.

PLEASE fix this street light. Our car has been broken into THREE TIMES because without this light the area between houses is pitch black. I reported it through this form before with no effect.
The light's transformer or capacitor is dying. The light cycles on/off all night - off more than on.
PLEASE repair this light!!

Street light at the corner of Kinser Pike and Acuff Road blinks on and off at night, in approximately 20 to 30 second intervals. Rather annoying, and could be dangerous.

street light at corner of W 16th/N Jackson street is burn out. My kids catch school bus there and it's too dark for children to be standing there in the mornings. Please fix ASAP

Lights on both sides of the street at 6th and Washington (in front of the smith house entrance at 125 N Washington) are out. Very dangerous when coming back from late classes or being out.

The street light between 1021 and 1019 W Briarcliff Dr seems to be going bad. It keep on flickering and doesn't work for a large portion of the night. It is close to the Bus stop and would be nice to have fixed.
