Street light out in Windermere Woods Drive by 2633 E Windermere Woods Drive as it turns south to go to Covenanter drive. Your system won’t let me attach a photo which I have of it. That also needs to be fixed

Why does Covenanter Road have 3 minutes of green light at 7 in the morning for 1 car when there are 40 cars lined up down College Mall Road both directions? it seems weird to have that long of a light for 1- 2 cars is excessive
Electrical wires are exposed at the bottom of the street light pole because the cover is not attached in the cul-de-sac of S. Shadow Grove Ct.

This street light has not been working for several days (at least).
Toward the end of the summer, someone drove over the streetlight adjacent to my property. The light was destroyed and completely removed. I now have an orange cone marking where the streetlight once stood and I'd like to know when a replacement light will be installed.
