Constant beeping of crossing

The crosswalks outside of 525 S Patterson Drive constantly are beeping. I can hear it from my apartment at the Dillon and its very annoying. Its the crosswalks at Prospect & S Patterson Drive. 24/7 the crossing signal is beeping.

The lamp posts on Kirkwood between Walnut & Washington have been out for a few weeks. Is there a reason for this. I manage the Uptown Cafe and it gets fairly dark without these lamp posts.

The 2nd street light South from the southwest corner of kirkwood/walnut is constantly flashing like a strobe

Street light is out in the alley behind Five Guys and Nick's English Hut. The street light being out causes a safety concern for employees taking out the trash as the dumpster is usually lit up from the street light.

The street lights downtown (specifically on Kirkwood, from the Von Lee westward) turn on well after dark. Need to be adjusted for DST. Currently turning on at 6:39pm, over an hour past sunset.

At intersection of IN46 and 10th street, when there is a train, east bound traffic doesn't get a green light, while westbound traffic gets multiple green lights.
