The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. ALL street lights on Patterson between Allen and Rogers are out. I've reported this before a month ago.

Traveling west/east on Patterson has become impossible, because the light at the Fairview intersection literally only allows 4-5 cars through before turning red. I understand the workers at Catalent (or whatever company is right there) need to get out, but there are usually no cars leaving that business, yet the light continues to turn red for east/west travelers. The light needs to be put on sensors or scheduled to match when employees are leaving their shifts. Seriously, it is super frustrating, and the traffic backup has made it impossible to travel that route. Please consider fixing this light.
