The streetlight in front of my house (2102 S. Georgetown Rd.) was repaired last fall. Some work with the underground wiring was apparently required. The light was fixed, but the job seems never to have been quite finished: there's still a pile of dirt by the lightpost, surrounded by orange construction cones. It's been that way for at least three months now, I think. Can this be cleaned up?

There are several street lights in the vicinity of the Baptist Church (maybe the name has changed) which is near the intersection of Woodscrest and 3rd Street that are not working. Could 3rd street in that area be driven at night to take a total tally of the lights that are out between High Street and College Mall Road? The streetlight at the intersection of Muller and West 3rd is not working.

The alley behind our house does not have any lights in it at all. Not only does this make it a bit unnerving and dangerous to walk there at night, but it also makes it a very easy target for unwanted visitors. Last night, one of our bedroom windows was broken in and when we looked out back, we were not able to see anybody running away since there are no lights in the alley way. By adding a few lights to the already existing utility poles in the alley way, it would hopefully prevent similar incidents from happening in the future and make it much safer for all of the residents that use this alley on a daily basis.
