The street light at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left turns on for 1 minute, turns a funny color, then turns off, all night turning on and off, I think something is wrong with the bulb, as I doubt it's motion censored and the bulb turns a funny color. Pretty sure it's not a private light.
There at least two street lights out between Morton Street and Rogers Street on 1st St. The lights are on the north side of the street.

There are several street lights in the vicinity of the Baptist Church (maybe the name has changed) which is near the intersection of Woodscrest and 3rd Street that are not working. Could 3rd street in that area be driven at night to take a total tally of the lights that are out between High Street and College Mall Road?
