This light on the corner is not working. I’ve reported it before and Duke came out. I tried to report it again yesterday, but their website said it was working and wouldn’t let me report it. It is _not_ working. If they had come out after dark they would have seen it. I’m alone and my neighbor has found syringes in the thicket along his property line between him and the railroad track. The crosswalks outside of 525 S Patterson Drive constantly are beeping. I can hear it from my apartment at the Dillon and its very annoying. Its the crosswalks at Prospect & S Patterson Drive. 24/7 the crossing signal is beeping.
