Today around 2:00 PM, the railroad signal was on, but the signal for eastbound traffic on 10th street never switched to green. Westbound traffic on 10th St got the green light and traffic turning left from eastbound 10th St got a green light, but traffic going straight east on 10th St never got a green light. I had to turn left onto the bypass to get out of there. Others just went through the red light.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not.
