Southbound Rogers left turn lane had six cars waiting at red and never got a green arrow to turn on Country Club east. Northbound Rogers got a green left arrow with no cars turning. Only four of the six cars were able to make the left turn that cycle.
I can't remember if I'd already reported this one months ago, but it continues to malfunction in various ways. First, north Rogers turns green including left turn arrow when there are no cars stopped heading northbound, even when there are cars waiting on Rogers southbound...they do not get a green until after the northbound left turn arrow cycles for 15 seconds. Second, eastbound Country Club always cycles a left turn arrow, when there are not cars turning left, while cars going westbound are waiting. This has been going on for many months.
When headed west on Covenanter over college mall, the left turn green arrow is very faint and almost impossible to see in the daytime
Traffic light is operating from a timer, not traffic. I am experiencing this as the only car north/south in the mornings around 5:30a.m.; no cars east/west to trigger the signal
The sensors are not working properly. Early in the morning, when there is no traffic, I will often sit on college mall road heading north for 2+ minutes. It runs through the entire cycle including crosswalks...even if no one else is at the light. There are now often many cars backed up at the light. It is very in efficient. Thanks for your help!

the traffic signal at the corner of college mall road and covenanter is in need of fixing. the pedestrian cycle engages all the time without any edestrians-- in both directions.
The left turn arrow for westbound Winslow Rd at South Walnut cycles green every time when there are no cars turning left. Don't believe the loops were reactivated after construction this summer.
Light at 10th and the Bypass does not permit eastbound traffic through while a train is passing by. Eastbound traffic turning right to go south can still proceed via a right on red, but traffic that would not be backing up due to the train does not get a green signal until the train has passed. It seems like the sensors at this intersection (W. 3rd and S. Kimble) aren't functioning correctly. I have noticed since the holidays that this light is often red for east/west traffic. I've approached the light several times as it turns red without any north/south vehicles at the intersection that would trigger a signal change. I just don't remember this light being red for east/west traffic as much as it has been lately. Maybe just pop out there and have a look? No need to respond to me, just getting a ticket into the system. Thank you!
