Traffic Signals

Traffic signal flashing red all directions.
Traffic signal flashing red all directions.
Signal needs reset/repaired, it is flashing red in all directions
The light at High St and Hillside/Moores Pike has a left turn signal that is activating whether or not a car is present. It is the left turn arrow on southbound High St as you approach the intersection adjacent to the cemetery. This prevents cars heading north on High St from proceeding until the light cycles through the phantom left-hand arrow.
The left turn arrow for westbound Winslow Rd at South Walnut cycles green every time when there are no cars turning left. Don't believe the loops were reactivated after construction this summer.
I've reported intermittent malfunctions at this light before. This time I was heading north bound on Henderson and stopped in the center lane at the red light for Winslow. The light was green both directions on Winslow at the time. The light then went red on Winslow and turned green with a green arrow for the south bound cars stopped on Henderson. After these cars went through, the traffic light went green again for Winslow and I never received a green light. The second time around, a car came alongside me in the left lane and I then got a green light after sitting for two plus minutes a second time around. The light is also set to green too long for Winslow.
I've reported this traffic signal problem before, it intermittently gives northbound Walnut a left turn arrow onto Hillside when there are no cars in the lane. Today, there were no cars at all going northbound and it still cycled a long 30second green left turn arrow with 10-12 cars waiting at the light going southbound.
Light bulb is out on the Pedestrian Traffic light. Bulb that is out is facing East.
The vehicle sensors on Clarizz don't seem to be detecting correctly. I have set at that intersection, and the traffic signals take a long time to change, even if there's no traffic on 3rd Street. Wasn't sure if that is the way it is supposed to be or not.
This is a test.
I have been at the stoplight heading north on S. Walnut St. at the Rhorer Rd intersection twice lately and the stoplight does not register that you are waiting on the light to change. There must be something wrong with the sensor at this light. Thanks!
