A couple of times recently the light at sare rd/college mall has not detected my car in the east bound straight lane of sare rd. This appears to only happen at night. I usually end up there for a few cycles.
There is a metal post with a sign on the train tracks right at the intersection of Indiana Ave and 13th St that looks very frail. In the past wind advisory situations we have had in the city, anytime the wind hit the post, that post sounded as if the wind could dislodged it violently from the base and the sign at the top could fly off into near-by buildings, it even sounded horribly loud as the sign does not seem to be securely attached to the post. When that happened I called 9-1-1 to let them know and asked them to contact whoever is in charge of the tracks for them to look into that by securing that post. However, nothing happened. Tonight, with the tornado watch and the very strong winds we are having, it's the same situation with the post. Because of that, I called the Indiana Railroad Company's emergency number and they said they would email someone but that that would take some time and they were not sure they would get to it that night since they were also in tornado watch.
Light indicating left turn onto park square drive and going straight is split in half on 3rd.
It's my question is about the street lights again on West 3rd Street how the timing is definitely , off so 3:30 in the afternoon no rush hour also at 10:00 at night you'll stop for a light as soon as you go the next one turns red so you basically stop at every light and during rush hour this causes traffic to back up through the intersections even when the light turns again the intersections are still full cuz the timing's off. You see lots of people running lights just so they don't get stuck at the next lights
I sent this message on March 14. I did not include my email or other contact information. Can you tell me if this will be changed? I noticed it was closed and again we are all waiting for the light to change with no traffic coming and only 2-3 of us can get through before it turns yellow. Traffic light on Atwater and Indiana very long on the Indiana side almost two minutes. On Atwater going towards the east side the light stays green for a long time. Once the light on Indiana changes only about 3 cars can go before it turns red again.
At the corner of Rogers St and Graham Dr a push button for yellow blinking lights does not work. It is on the south-west corner of the intersection.

Recently, I've noticed something odd with the timing of the traffic lights, to the point that it almost seems like the city's purposely changed them, I'm not good number of flights around town as soon as one turns green and you start the next one will purposely turn red before you even get to it and this is many many of the lights around town day and night so you literally have to stop at every light, honestly this was done on purpose?
The sensors for the light for traffic southbound on High St. give that direction the green light (straight and turn) even when there are no cars there. The northbound lane can sit for a while waiting for the green for a while. I haven't timed it, but it feels like a full left turn cycle. This is not only inefficient, but frustrating. When you live in the area and have to deal with this all the time, it can really be annoying.
