Traffic Signals

Stop light at Adams/5th/3rd intersection is out of whack again. Stays green for westbound traffic for long periods even with no traffic coming.
Stop light at Adams/5th/3rd intersection is out of whack again. Stays green for westbound traffic for long periods even with no traffic coming.
The stoplight at the off-ramp of 37 onto west third street is out. This is causing major traffic problems.
Southbound Walnut Street at Miller Drive, the left turn sensors don't activate for motorcycles, even when stopped directly over the sensor coil. My motorcycle is midsized, 750cc.
SE corner Walnut & Kirkwood - north-facing walk signal does not light; wait signal is OK
Traffic light outage. Westbound and eastbound 3rd St. Intersection for on-ramp for HWY 37z
Traffic signal obstructed by branches when approaching Kirkwood and Adams from the east. See photo.
On the southeast corner of the intersection. on the side of the pole facing the courthouse, there are 2 bare wires exposed. My brother and I noticed it last night (12/23/2014) around 6pm. This is on the traffic signal green post. Looks dangerous!
Timing is completely off during late night hours (after 11pm). Light is functioning the same as if during heavy day traffic - with a wait time of 3-5 minutes while light cycles for all lanes, even when no one there. People are (understandably) running the light instead of waiting.
Left turn arrow from SB Veterans to EB Lincoln would not cycle. Sat through 4 cycles of the light stopped about a foot behind the line.
Traffic continually builds up here. The addition of the I-69 interchange will only make things worse. Very little traffic comes from northbound or southbound Rockport Rd. especially at peak travel times. A flashing red/yellow light combination would be a great improvement to a four way stop, even if only temporarily.
