Heading east or west on 2nd street/bloominfield rd. The intersection at Adams is really out of hand. East and west always has a red light which builds up traffic while adams north and south rarely has a single car pass. In fact this weekend there was traffic light induced traffic all the way backed up to the seminary square kroger. An abumlance was trying to pass and it could not pass. This needs to be fixed asap for public safety.
In addition the light at patterson and 2nd heading east and west is always missed timed with the light at adams. When adams goes green heading east, patterson goes red. Please please help or at least respond via email and give a reason as to why these are so poorly timed.

The left turn light on E 3rd turning left onto high street is out. The regular lights will turn green but will not turn on the left signal, when I was turning I noticed that the other side of the street still had red lights which meant the turn light should have been on but it’s not.

If you are heading west on 3rd street, and want to turn left into High Street, the left turn arrow lights do not turn on (neither green nor yellow). That is, the left turn lights to turn left onto High St from 3rd St do not turn on. This is pretty dangerous, since it's difficult to make a left turn without them.

The signal light at Third and High and Bryan is currently on a cycle that ignores actual traffic. It stays on Bryan for a super long time with no cars, and left signal from Third into High comes on for no cars

Signal at corner of South Walnut Pike and Rhorer Road (when driving south) appears to be out. Drivers must wait for another driver traveling north on South Walnut Pike to come and turn on to Rhorer Road to trigger the signal. That signal is working.
