There is an abandoned red car (plate TJS430) on the south side of 6th St near Adams. It has been parked without moving for over a month with people sleeping in it at regular intervals.

The contractors for the housing development by Bloomingfoods East are constantly using the Bfoods parking lot for staging, contractor parking, and using the access street for the same purpose. They are blocking traffic, and creating dangerous access conditions. Is this part of their traffic plan? If so, somebody in Planning needs to look closer at these plans.

A maroon car has been parked on 6th street for well over a month and unhoused people sleep in it sometimes. Parking enforcement put a ticket on it the other day and someone simply removed the ticket and seemed to throw it away.
