I am writing to report an issue regarding ongoing street parking on our road. I have attached a photo for your reference. Our street is a cul-de-sac, and a vehicle has been parked there continuously. Because the road is not designed for regular roadside parking, this situation has been causing inconvenience and concern for the residents. Backing into the parking spots is not accessible. It takes too long to back into a spot and other cars honk at each other. I yelled that cars behind me had to back up, and they told me to shut the fuck up. Not conducive. Please change them back to front end parking. Please bring peace back to bloomington

There has been a car there for a fucking year and a half every time i go there it’s gets more and more banged up it looks like someone has broken in multiple times and it honestly gets in my nerves that it doesn’t even have a ticket and it’s been there for almost two fucking years bro. there’s a busted window a pried open door and everything in the dash was stolen over time

Guests park along the front of the property poorly which blocks other residents from moving around their vehicles safely due to poor visibility and turning radius while backing out of the driveway. They are aware the trouble it causes but still continue to park there. Also creates big blind spot hazard and has led to many close calls with vehicles going up and down the street due to forced single lane passageway.

I work in Luddy Hall on the IU Campus. I have an ADA sticker for my car. The only ADA parking close to the southside of the building in on the west side of Myles Brank Hall behind Luddy. The City of Bloomington has timed parking along the south side of Luddy on Cottage Grove. It would benefit me to have at least one or preferably two of those parking spaces issued for drivers with a disabled license. This building has no parking on the other three sides. I'm 71 years old with major health issues and we have elderly and/or disabled family members come to Luddy also, especially in inclement weather when there is more possibility of falls.
