11th Street floods every time it rains hard. The drain grates are clear of debris, but the storm sewers aren't handling the water and the street floods and floods multiple properties.

There is a terrible smell coming from what appears to be a storm sewer retention pond in the lot next to 302 S. Cory Ln (Advance Auto Parts) The smell becomes stronger on hot days and almost has a natural gas smell to it. Can you please send someone to investigate this issue.

Behind our property there are depressed areas in the field which appear to be getting bigger. During a recent rain storm my daughter indicated that you could hear water running under them. Not entirely clear if they are directly over the drainage piping that runs into our back yard/creek-bed but they're close enough that if one of the pipes was cracked or compromised it would likely create a sink hole. Would like to have someone come check it out just to make sure that it's safe to be around.

Hello, I live at 404 E 1st Street and walk to work at the university. Since it has been raining steadily for days, the leaves have moved into the street gutters and are blocking/clogging the gutters and grated drains all throughout this neighborhood. With the new 2023 leaf recycling law, most of the neighborhood did not rake and remove the leaves (my neighbor at 402 has the front yard filled with leaves, a rental unit) and the recent windy weather has blown the leaves everywhere and now the rain has moved them into the areas that I mentioned. This problem is causing excessive water to gather on my property. Please send out crews this week to clean up the leaf problem before there is a major flood in this neighborhood because the forecast is for another 10 days of rain. Thank you, ELIDA C. Drainage at 820 w rosewood gets clogged constantly. 6 neighbors assist in removing debris Was informed the city “should “ take care of this. It isn’t. 2 when fiber came in and ATT no longer need the piller type boxes in yards. They are sitting abandoned in yards can the city require them to be removed? They should be since no longer needed. 3. I had spent about 50$ for grass seed and topsoil when I removed shrubs. With the laying of fiber this was dug up and this area is a mess.
