Where Hopewell and Habitat Street connect - There is water that is frozen all along the street. A main may have broken or it could be coming from the house at the corner W 8th and Hopewell.
I have noticed water pooling around the fire hydrant located on Circle Drive and Southdowns for over a week. It doesn’t appear to be water draining from far away, but just around the fire hydrant.
As can be seen in the photo there are three dry creek beds (swales) feeding the area where the runoff water is pooling during a heavy rain fall. Cause of the pooling is the drain through a small ridge is eroded and clogged up. City needs to remedy this issue.
Water running out of ground for a week.
There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. Drain line Backing up in house, while in past you have said our drain lines are seperate from street drains, our yards drains, drain into the house drains so which system do they drain too? asI'm backed up once again.
The drainage from the street all runs down to the ONE drainage pipe and the interior or the structure that houses the pipe is deteriorating to the point that the bricks are washing out and piling up at the exit of the pipe. It's to the point that the entire system could fail and flood the home
Something is being washed down the creek that runs through Southeast Park. This picture shows it at the culvert under Moores Pike. It's like this all the way to Sare Road.
Storm sewers are blocked by debris on the streets causing water backup on the road. The street needs to be cleaned and debris removed from storm grates.
