Page 3 of the Winslow Resurfacing project plan shows that multiple tree stumps along Winslow Road near the intersection of Allendaywere to be removed. The project shows as complete, but these stumps were not removed. Additionally, just East of the stump area the bushes along the fence are so overgrown that it makes it difficult to walk on the sidewalk in this area. Can they be trimmed back to the fence line so the sidewalk can be used? Thank you

1502 North Lee Street--The sidewalk at this address which borders Emerson is overgrown with weeds. This sidewalk has quite a bit of foot traffic and an occasional wheelchair.

The sidewalk between 3507 and 3509 E Edward Ct, just off of Olcott Blvd is badly damaged, and "raised" quite a bit off of level ground presenting a tripping hazzard, and ATT contractor lineal out of Bedford, IN drove a steel treaded digger over the sidewalk breaking off this section

The section of sidewalk along W 6th St in front of Fairview Methodist Church on the north side between Jackson and Fairview streets is in really bad shape. Most of the sidewalks in this area were recently replaced or shaved but this section really needs to be replaced. A person I was walking with recently tripped there and lost a lot of skin off of hands/knees/chin so this section really is dangerous, especially since most of the sidewalks around there are new so you aren't expecting it on this highly traveled section. The railing on the north side of the overpass between the B-line and College is damaged. Some of the uprights appear to have broken off and the fence is listing into the sidewalk. There have been spot repairs here before--I reported one last year. A spot repair would be good, but I suspect something more permanent needs to be done.

Just wanted to pass along my thanks for sidewalk repair in Blueridge. The company doing the work, Groomers, has done top notch and quality work on sidewalk repair. I’ve seen sidewalk repair that was sub par, but the work Groomers is doing is the best quality I’ve seen. I don’t know anyone who works for them but wanted to let you know these guys are doing a good job. Thanks
