The sign, tire pieces, and tall grass are blocking the sidewalk. Pedestrians have to climb over or walk out into the rod to get around the clutter. This situation has been there for over a couple of weeks now.

Handrails to an apartment building protrude onto the sidewalk. My last report received some bs response that it was required by building code and I'll make a side bet that the building code does not allow intrusions into the sidewalk. So I'm complaining again and looking for the correct response, which is not to ignore this situation. I would also note that similar handrails on the interior drives of this development do NOT encroach on their private spaces as they do onto this public sidewalk.
There is a stand of ornamental grass at this address next to the sidewalk that is impossible for pedestrians to avoid without walking in the street.

This part of the temporary fence fell down and blocked the temporary walkway. I got it balanced precariously but this whole section is in need of more stability. The sandbags seem to be washed away, perhaps add new ones?
This house regularly has cars parked in front of the fire hydrant - hard to see in dark photo attached. Sometimes the cars are parked on the drive and partway in the street at this address and 1106 Graywell and a car or two in between, effectively blocking off the fire hydrant.
