Reported under #192395 and it was closed as outside of city limits since the map auto selected a random part of the road. This area has been underserved and not checked within city limits, not past tapp/countryclub. Please get the storm debris removed and sidewalks not blocked, seems this neighborhood is not being assisted as equitably

Encampment of houseless individuals taking up on public sidewalk behind tree planter every night. The area is blocked during their occupation and when they leave, copious amounts of trash, discarded belongings, syringes etc are left behind to be cleaned up by others. The public defecation that takes place is a public health hazard.
Shrubbery along boundary between properties - 715 E. 11th (IU-owned) and 723 E. 11th (private) - has grown so much that it is blocking the sidewalk. It is not obvious which of the two properties is responsible for the trimming, but it looks closer to 715.

Vegetation needs to be cut back as it forces pedestrians to walk along east side of Clarizz and Buick Cadillac
There is a small tree (maybe volunteer?) at the corner of Southern Oaks and Southern Oaks Court with branches completely blocking the sidewalk. Thanks.
