Sidewalk at least half blocked by trimmed bushes. Only 24” wide and no way can a wheelchair get through not to mention two walkers side by side . Then around the corner the same property has allowed there evergreens the grow out onto the sidewalk making it difficult for a wheelchair or walker to get past.

Dumpster is persistently placed where the horizonal bar, about 5 feet high, sticks out into the public sidewalk right of way. I am worried that a child is going to run down the sidewalk and get a concussion.
