Overgrown vegetation on north side of E First is blocking sidewalk. NOTE: apparently someone else reported this same problem on 5/24 in ticket #183948. The city closed the case on 5/26 with a Notice of Violation but nothing has happened yet to make the sidewalk passable.
Blocked sidewalk: Unkempt overgrowth of 500 S. Hawthorne yard is blocking the Hunter Street sidewalk on SE corner of Hunter and Hawthorne and is blocking wheelchair and stroller accessibility.

There are 4 scooters in a row blocking much of the sidewalk in front of my home. My handicapped mother will be unable to get into my home unless they are moved.
Large fallen tree branch is blocking the sidewalk. (Other nearby vegetation on this sidewalk needs to be trimmed, too.)
Residents of this home park their cars on the sidewalk. When I try to use the sidewalk I have to walk in the street with my 3 year old son. Cars coming off of Rogers are not going slow around the turn creating a hazardous environment for people walking.

This image shows a scooter parked in violation of Bloomington's city code near the intersection of Walnut and 12th Streets (39.174306, -86.533497) at 2021-11-20 07:27:00. I believe this infraction is citable and finable under the city's ordinance. If no citation or fine is issued, I would like to be notified within a reasonable time with the specific reasons why the local law will not be enforced in this instance. Thanks.
I'm trying to combine five separate complaints into one, as they are similar in nature (improperly parked scooters on sidewalks) and they're likely to forwarded to the legal department anyway. So I figured I would batch them up. I think each of the five photos show a scooter that should cause the city to cite and fine the company under city code. If they're not cited and fined, I would like an explanation within a reasonable time why they're not being cited and fined. I think the scooter shown in the image is improperly parked on a sidewalk in violation of the city of Bloomington's local law. If the company is not cited and fined, I'd like to receive an explanation for the reason why not within a reasonable time.
