No snow removal on sidewalks. This is managed by granite properties. Both buildings 801 & 809 have parking lots cleared but not the sidewalks. It has been well after 24hrs since the last snowfall.
Hedge needs trimming to allow pedestrian to use the (whole) sidewalk. 800 block of S. Park Ave., east side of street.
Corner of 11th and Maple someone is running a auto parts business out of an apartment. Name is written on the doors and window. Sidewalk has had engines on it all week blocking the entire sidewalk.
Retaining wall collapsing (again) on NW corner of property. Large limestone block has fallen into sidewalk, blocking wheelchair and stroller passage.
Retaining wall is beginning to collapse again. Currently, some large, limestone blocks are lying in the middle of and blocking the sidewalk on Lincoln at the NW corner of the property.
Identical issue to uReport cases #181052 and #171211. Large stones from corner of retention wall (NW corner of property, Lincoln side and adjacent to the alley) are not professionally set and have a habit of falling down onto the sidewalk. Currently, the fallen stones are not completely blocking foot traffic, but wheelchair/stroller traffic is impeded and the stones pose a dangerous stumbling hazard at night. The property owner should have the wall redone by actual, competent masons so that this doesn't happen again.
Identical issue to cases 171211, 181052, and 192902. Retaining wall is collapsing on the NW corner of lot at the intersection of Lincoln and the alley north of the property. Large stone is *again* blocking the sidewalk. This has become an annual problem. Property owner should request services of an actual mason to fix the issue once and for all.
